I set aside some time recently to take a couple of trips to NYC with my daughter ~ LOVED it!   The first three images are of the same bridge ~ Manhattan ~ don’t you love the little red tug boat?!  I sprinted past several new yorkers out walking their dogs to capture this scene, once I saw the tug boat making it’s way along the Hudson ~ I had to have this shot ~ so worth it!

The last 2 images are of the nyc skyline taken from Brooklyn’s pov, and the refurbished merry-go-round that sits at the water’s edge between Brooklyn and Manhattan…can’t wait to go back!

still clickin’!

hi all!  I can’t believe it’s been a million months since my last blog post…have been mucho busy — completed my busiest Fall season EVER!   thanks to all of my loyal clients and my new ones, too!

so in addition to my usual portrait sessions, I’ve been shooting more corporate work — headshots & editorial — I LOVE doing this!   As well, I photographed my first pre-school — 135 kids and their classes — much applause!  I had amazing feedback from the parents and the school administration — I LOVE doing this, too!  Bring it on!

I am soooo looking to grow my business in both the school and sports arenas (pun intended!)  I shot several hockey teams at Ice Line in West Chester recently– I’m learning to shimmy across the ice in my fashion boots without falling!

anyway…enough said…here’s a smattering of new work from some new adventure…enjoy!

I’ve been “off the blog” for a few months…a little burned out after a crazy busy spring & horse show season!  I’ve had many great shoots throughout the summer: several awesome seniors, family get-togethers, and several creative new business collaborations!  Which brings me to today’s post…!

Devon Horse Show starts today!

The horses are here…!  I’ll be over at Devon for the next 12 days ~ booth #40A!  Please stop by and say hi! and see all of my fabulous new samples and other goodies!  I’m offering some stylin’ clothes and accessories this year ~ just the thing to wear for your stylin’ pictures!   It’s a photo-marathon, but I LOVE it!  I’m the official photographer for the show and country fair and here’s this year’s poster that I helped design with my very talented graphic designer, Nancy Follman.  The shots were taken at last year’s show!

Check out devonhorseshow.org for times, details, etc…  Also, had to add this shot in that I took yesterday at Upland Farm in Chester Springs ~ home of Grand Prix rider Callan Solem ~ who will be at Devon again this year!
